working with institutional clients—including pension funds, sovereign wealth funds and large
family offices. Jean’s career is marked by impactful leadership at top-tier firms, in both public
and private markets:

CQS LLP (Head of Global Sovereign Institutional Relationships): Spearheaded
institutional partnerships across alternatives and public markets, securing commitments
from MENA and Asian clients. Worked on inaugural private credit vehicles anchored by
institutional investors in the EMEA region, while representing the firm as a speaker at
global forums like the Milken Institute, FII Institute and Bloomberg.

PIMCO (Senior Vice President): Developed the MEA (Middle East & Africa) platform
across public fixed income and alternative investments, advising clients on credit, hedge
fund, private credit, and real estate strategies. Pioneered PIMCO’s alternative credit and
real estate verticals, more than tripling regional assets under management in 5 years.

Beyond his client work, Jean has advised global pension funds and SWFs on investment
research strategies and crafted go-to-market plans for emerging asset managers. He co-hosted
Financial Services in MENA with Fintech Saudi and the Saudi Arabian Monetary Authority,
influencing regional financial policy and engaging industry leaders.
